About Us
Locker Plumbing was established in 2015 by Jason Locker. A family man whose Brighton roots go deep, it was key to Jason that his company reflected the values and standards he holds himself.
“Cultivating a family atmosphere at work is really important,” Jason says. “We want out team to feel like they’re part of something. We look after them and in turn they look after us. And because they’re happy to be at work, it means they go even further for our clients.”
That care and attention extends to Locker Plumbing’s clients and is, Jason believes, a big part of the company’s success. “We get recommended and referred all the time,” he says, “and I think that has a lot to do with us working with compassion. We treat every property like it’s our own. We make sure we’re polite and friendly, that we’re honest and transparent. We explain exactly what it is that we’re doing and show customers all their pricing options right from the start. We want them to feel that they’re part of our family.
